MBA-format AI leadership for executives — skills first, credentials honest.

Lead AI transformation through cohort modules and case-driven practicum

Our MBA-format leadership track equips directors, general managers, and functional heads with decision frameworks for generative AI adoption — structured like a business school syllabus arc, delivered as executive education, not life coaching or an accredited university degree.

MBA-format executive education — not an accredited Master of Business Administration degree

AI Leadership MBA is a Singapore-based provider of MBA-format AI leadership programmes for executives and senior managers. We use cohort modules, case discussions, and leadership practicum sessions modelled on business school pedagogy. We are not a university, business school awarding body, or accredited degree-granting institution. Programme completion certificates document your participation in our syllabus arc unless a separately named awarding partner is explicitly stated in your enrolment agreement. We do not offer life coaching, wellness retreats, cryptocurrency trading guidance, or clinical services. Our focus is practical AI leadership competency for decision-makers accountable to boards, regulators, and shareholders.

Cohort 01

How our MBA-format leadership track works

Each cohort progresses through a structured syllabus arc combining faculty-led modules, peer case discussions, and a culminating leadership practicum. Participants arrive from banking, logistics, healthcare administration, technology, and public-sector leadership roles across ASEAN headquarters based in Singapore.

Week 1–2 · Orientation

Cohort formation and baseline assessment

New participants join a closed cohort of no more than twenty executives. We map your current AI literacy, governance exposure, and strategic priorities before assigning pre-read case packs drawn from real enterprise adoption scenarios.

Week 3–8 · Core modules

Case-driven module sequence

Six cohort modules cover strategy, governance, operating model design, vendor evaluation, workforce transition, and board communication. Each module includes a facilitated case discussion where participants defend competing recommendations under time pressure — mirroring MBA classroom dynamics without claiming university accreditation.

Week 9–11 · Practicum

Leadership practicum and peer review

Executives apply frameworks to a live organisational challenge from their own portfolio. Peers and faculty provide structured critique. The practicum emphasises decision quality and stakeholder alignment rather than technical implementation detail.

Week 12 · Completion

Cohort debrief and certificate issuance

Participants receive a completion certificate documenting their MBA-format programme attendance. This credential reflects executive education completion — it is not an accredited MBA degree unless an explicit awarding body is named in your contract.

Case 02

Case discussions that sharpen executive judgment

Our case method draws on anonymised scenarios from regulated industries, multinational subsidiaries, and Singapore-headquartered enterprises navigating generative AI pilots. Participants analyse incomplete data, conflicting stakeholder interests, and compressed timelines — the conditions senior leaders actually face.

Unlike passive webinar formats, case discussions require you to articulate a recommendation, defend it against peer challenge, and revise your position when new evidence emerges. Faculty facilitators with board advisory experience guide the room without prescribing a single correct answer.

This pedagogy builds the judgment muscle required for AI portfolio decisions, vendor selection, and workforce redeployment conversations at the C-suite and divisional level.

Supply chain AI pilot scale-or-stop

A logistics group completed a successful warehouse optimisation pilot. The COO must recommend whether to expand across twelve facilities or pause pending union consultation and data residency review.

Case Module B

Healthcare administrator copilot rollout

A private hospital network evaluates clinical documentation assistants. Participants weigh productivity gains against patient privacy obligations under PDPA, clinician trust, and vendor lock-in across a multi-year contract horizon.

MBA-format structure without credential misrepresentation

Many providers borrow business school language while delivering generic AI awareness slides. We commit to honest positioning: our programmes teach leadership competencies through cohort modules and case method — they do not confer an accredited MBA degree from any university.

Cohort intimacy

Twenty-participant caps ensure every executive contributes to case discussions. Large auditorium formats cannot replicate the peer learning density our syllabus arc requires.

Faculty with board exposure

Module leaders combine academic rigour with practical experience advising directors on technology risk, transformation governance, and AI portfolio prioritisation across APAC markets.

One-north campus presence

Our Nexus @ one-north facility situates cohorts within Singapore's research and innovation district — a deliberate choice for executives leading R&D-adjacent AI initiatives.
