Do you award an accredited MBA degree?
No. AI Leadership MBA does not award an accredited Master of Business Administration degree from any university or business school unless an explicit awarding partner is named in your individual enrolment contract. Our programmes use MBA-format pedagogy — cohort modules, case discussions, leadership practicum — to teach AI leadership competencies. Upon completion, participants receive a certificate documenting their attendance and participation in our executive education syllabus arc. This certificate is not equivalent to an accredited MBA degree and should not be represented as such on CVs, LinkedIn profiles, or corporate credentials unless you clearly describe it as executive education completion from AI Leadership MBA Pte. Ltd.
What does "MBA-format" mean in your programmes?
MBA-format refers to our pedagogical structure, not a degree credential. We organise learning into cohort modules with pre-read case materials, facilitated case discussions where executives defend competing recommendations, peer critique, and a culminating leadership practicum. This mirrors how business schools teach general management — through applied case method — without claiming university accreditation or degree-granting authority. The syllabus arc progresses from strategic framing through governance, operating models, workforce transition, board communication, and practicum over twelve weeks.
Who should enrol in the leadership track?
Our cohorts serve directors, general managers, division heads, and senior functional leaders accountable for AI adoption decisions in their organisations. Typical participants come from financial services, logistics, healthcare administration, technology, professional services, and public-sector enterprises with Singapore or ASEAN headquarters. The programme assumes executive experience — you should already manage budgets, teams, and stakeholder relationships. It is not designed for individual contributors seeking technical AI engineering skills or career changers without management responsibility.
How large are cohorts and why does size matter?
We cap open cohorts at twenty participants. Case discussion quality degrades in larger groups because not every executive can contribute meaningfully within session time constraints. Peer learning — hearing how leaders in different industries approach identical governance dilemmas — is a core value proposition. Corporate in-house programmes may adjust sizing with faculty approval, but we resist auditorium formats that reduce the cohort module experience to passive observation.
Is this programme life coaching or executive wellness?
No. AI Leadership MBA provides structured executive education focused on AI leadership decision frameworks. We do not offer life coaching, personal wellness retreats, motivational speaking, mindfulness programmes, or career counselling unrelated to AI governance and transformation. Our leadership practicum addresses organisational challenges with peer and faculty critique — not personal development therapy or lifestyle guidance.
What is the time commitment per week?
Expect approximately six to eight hours weekly during the twelve-week syllabus arc: one full-day or two half-day module sessions, plus two to three hours of case pre-reading and occasional group preparation. The leadership practicum in module six may require additional time coordinating with your organisation to define a suitable live challenge. We publish the full schedule upon cohort registration confirmation.
Can my employer sponsor corporate cohort registration?
Yes. Many participants enrol through corporate L&D budgets or transformation office funding. We issue tax invoices to Singapore-registered entities and can provide programme outlines for internal approval processes. For teams of eight or more, consider our corporate MBA-format programme delivered in-house — contact us with subject "Corporate MBA-format programme" for a briefing proposal.
Do you guarantee career outcomes or salary increases?
No. We teach AI leadership competencies through cohort modules and case method. We do not promise promotions, salary growth, board appointments, or specific career results. Executive outcomes depend on your organisation, market conditions, and individual performance — factors outside our control. Our completion certificate documents programme participation, not guaranteed professional advancement.
How do you handle generative AI accuracy in classroom demonstrations?
Faculty use generative AI tools during modules to illustrate capabilities and limitations. These demonstrations may produce inaccurate, biased, or outdated outputs. We emphasise that executives must apply independent judgment and verify critical information through appropriate professional channels. Classroom examples are pedagogical — not operational recommendations for your organisation.
Where are programmes delivered?
Open cohort modules take place at our Nexus @ one-north facility: 1 Fusionopolis Link, #05-06, Singapore 138542. Corporate programmes may be delivered at your premises or our campus depending on logistics and case discussion requirements. Hybrid attendance is not standard for case modules because peer interaction is essential to the syllabus arc design.
