Effective date: 23 June 2026 · PDPA 2012 compliant
AI Leadership MBA Pte. Ltd., UEN 202815926K, registered at 1 Fusionopolis Link, #05-06, Nexus @ one-north, Singapore 138542, acts as the data controller for personal data collected through aileadershipmba.one, cohort registration processes, corporate MBA-format programme contracts, and related executive education operations.
Our Data Protection Contact can be reached at [email protected] or +65 6532 4402 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 SGT). This policy applies to all personal data we process regardless of whether you are a website visitor, prospective participant, enrolled cohort member, corporate sponsor representative, or third-party referrer.
We do not process personal data for unrelated purposes such as life coaching client records, medical patient data, cryptocurrency wallet identifiers, or wellness retreat bookings. Our processing scope is limited to executive education delivery, business administration, and lawful marketing of our MBA-format leadership track.
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry subject category, message content, and PDPA consent confirmation. We process this data to respond to leadership track enquiries, cohort registration requests, corporate MBA-format programme briefings, and general inquiries. Legal basis: consent (form checkbox) and legitimate interests in operating our business communications.
Technical logs generated by our hosting infrastructure may include IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, timestamps, and requested URLs. These support security monitoring, abuse prevention, and diagnostic troubleshooting. Log retention is limited to the schedule in Part E below.
Enrolled participants provide professional identifiers including job title, employer name, industry sector, dietary or accessibility requirements where relevant to venue logistics, and emergency contact details. We process this data to deliver cohort modules, assign case discussion groups, facilitate leadership practicum sessions, issue completion certificates, and communicate schedule changes.
During programmes, faculty may observe and record participant contributions in case discussions for educational feedback. We do not audio-video record sessions for commercial resale. Peer feedback within practicum exercises is shared among cohort members and faculty only.
Corporate sponsors provide billing entity details, purchase order references, authorised signatory contacts, and tax registration information required for Singapore GST invoicing. We process this data to perform contracts, manage accounts receivable, and document programme delivery for enterprise clients deploying in-house MBA-format cohort modules.
With your cookie consent, we process pseudonymous browsing patterns to improve syllabus arc page content and measure outreach effectiveness for executive education audiences. Without consent, only strictly necessary technologies operate. See our Cookie Policy for category details. We do not sell personal data to data brokers.
Your rights and our obligations vary slightly depending on your relationship with us:
If you interact with us in multiple roles simultaneously — for example, an enrolled participant who also submitted a corporate briefing enquiry — we merge records only where necessary for consistent communication and avoid duplicate messaging.
We disclose personal data to categories of recipients including: cloud hosting providers with data centres in Singapore or regions offering comparable protection; email delivery services for transactional communications; payment processors for fee collection; professional advisers (legal, accounting) bound by confidentiality; and government authorities when required by law.
Where data transfers occur outside Singapore, we implement appropriate safeguards under PDPA transfer requirements — contractual clauses, provider certifications, or your explicit consent where applicable. A list of primary sub-processors is available upon request to [email protected].
We do not disclose participant case discussion contributions to employers without consent except where corporate programme contracts explicitly provide for aggregate feedback reports that anonymise individual contributions.
After retention periods expire, we securely delete or irreversibly anonymise personal data unless longer retention is required by court order or regulatory investigation.
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you may request access to personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, withdrawal of consent (subject to legal and contractual limitations), and information about how your data has been used or disclosed within the past year.
To exercise rights, email [email protected] with sufficient identity verification — we may request NRIC-fin or corporate email confirmation for enrolled participants. We respond within thirty days unless complex requests require extension with notice.
Withdrawing consent for optional marketing or analytics does not affect strictly necessary processing required to perform existing enrolment contracts. Withdrawal of consent for core programme delivery may require programme withdrawal subject to our refund terms.
If you believe we have not handled your data appropriately, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) in Singapore after attempting resolution with us directly.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to executive education data sensitivity: access controls limiting staff data visibility, encrypted transmission for form submissions, secure disposal of physical documents, vendor security assessments, and incident response procedures including breach notification where PDPA requires.
Staff with access to cohort registration systems receive periodic data protection training covering PDPA obligations, phishing awareness, and secure handling of executive contact details. Access credentials are revoked promptly upon role changes or employment termination. Multi-factor authentication protects administrative interfaces where technically feasible.
Physical documents generated for corporate invoicing or signed enrolment forms are stored in locked cabinets at our Nexus @ one-north office with restricted key access. Digital backups use encrypted storage with geographically redundant replication within approved regions. We conduct annual reviews of sub-processor security posture and require contractual data processing terms aligned with PDPA standards.
In the event of a suspected data breach affecting personal data, we activate an internal incident response checklist: containment, impact assessment, PDPC notification where mandatory, and affected individual communication without undue delay when required. Breach records are maintained for regulatory inspection.
No transmission over the internet is completely secure. While we protect data diligently, you transmit information at your own risk. Avoid sending confidential organisational secrets via contact forms — use corporate secure channels agreed in programme contracts for sensitive practicum materials.
Our MBA-format programmes serve executives and senior managers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under eighteen. If we discover such collection, we delete the data promptly. Programme content is not designed for minors.
We likewise do not target marketing communications at students, interns without management authority, or individuals seeking entry-level technical AI training. If parents or guardians believe a minor has submitted data through our contact form, they should notify [email protected] immediately for expedited deletion.
Where we send promotional messages about upcoming cohort cycles or corporate MBA-format programme launches to individuals who have previously enquired or enrolled, we honour opt-out requests promptly and maintain suppression records to prevent re-contact in conflict with your preferences. Singapore Do Not Call Registry requirements are observed for applicable telemarketing voice calls using personal data.
Transactional messages — schedule changes, invoice receipts, certificate delivery confirmations — are not marketing and will continue during active enrolment relationships even if you opt out of promotional outreach.
We review this Privacy Policy when processing activities change — new sub-processors, additional cohort data fields, regulatory amendments. Material updates appear on this page with revised effective dates. Enrolled participants receive email notice for changes affecting core programme processing.
Continued website use after non-material updates constitutes acknowledgement. Material changes affecting consent bases may require renewed opt-in for optional processing categories.
